Travel Information

Malvern College Summer School provides free transfers from London Heathrow and Birmingham Airports on arrivals day, for flight arriving between 0800 and 1800, and on departures day for flights leaving between 0900 and 1900. 

Please submit this form as soon as possible (and a minimum of thirty days before the start of Summer School) whether you are travelling with your child or needing a transfer service between the airport and Malvern. 

Please contact the Malvern Summer School team if you would like to check your flights with us before booking or discuss arrangements for Unaccompanied Minors. 

We will confirm safe receipt of these details, and will send a full travel confirmation to you no less than two weeks prior to the start of summer school.
